Shock pump can't inflate the pressure in the shock
I recently bought a used Nukeproof with a RockShox Super Deluxe Select R. Because the owner has a different weight, I had to adjust the pressure. My problem is that the shock pump can't push down or reach the valve of this shock, I guess (the shock pump shows 0 PSI even though I screw it as far as I physically can). The shock still has some air in it, so any severe damage can be excluded. I used to inflate my Fox CTD Evolution without any problems. I use an Amazon shock pump from the company Beto. Can someone please help me?
