Failed test due to Examiner
Question. Has anyone fail a test because of the behaviour of an examiner?
Asking because I took my test today and the absolute pos of a person that screamed at me most of the way, told me to park in front of driveways and was extremely patronising. All the way talking to me as I was stupid. It felt that the person already failed me before I even got out of the test centre.
I am fully aware I could have lost some points but definitely not fail. I felt that I had more control of the situation than they did. I actually did very well acting under such a stressful environment inside the car.
Asshole marked me a 3 and gave me such a convoluted explanation that made zero sense.
I know by my instructor that the examiner is famous for being horrible to everyone and failing people for no reason whatsoever. Just a plain old asshole.
I have written a complaint to RSA but I'd like to know if anyone has ever done that or was treated as badly.
I am so mad. It's a damn expensive process and to wait all this time to be verbally abused (with some level or racism as well) is just so frustrating.
