Would your club do a team crossbar challenge ahead of the World Cup?

With the World Cup getting closer, I keep thinking youth soccer in the U.S. needs more simple, competitive things that kids, coaches, and clubs can actually do — not just more content to watch.

I’ve been pressure-testing a simple format built around 3 shots from 18, post your score, nominate 3. It can work solo, head-to-head, or as a team/club format.

The part I’m most curious about is the club version. Not as a trick-shot gimmick, but as something that actually feels fun, competitive, and easy enough to do at training without becoming cringe or overproduced.

Real question for coaches, parents, and players here:

Would your club actually do something like this?

If yes, what format would feel most natural?

* team vs. team

* age group vs. age group

* one winner per club

* club nominating another club

* keep it individual only

Trying to understand what would actually feel native in youth soccer before the World Cup gets here.
