Hello guys,

I just started playing LoL. The last time i played was probably around 2012 and after that i started playing HoTS so I am not unfamiliar with MOBA's i got some good hours on HoTS.

I recently started playing LoL again and I am enjoying myself, i like to play tank support and i have a question coming from years of playing HoTS: is it normal to just farm bot lane the whole time? Are there moments you can leave your lane effectively besides helping out kill a dragon or a champion in the jungle? You don't have to effectively rotate lanes like you have to do in HoTS it seems or is this like a low elo thing?
