Can you help me? I’m new to my natural hair, I’ve never really worn it in its natural state up until recently. The past few years, I’ve kept it in box braids and before that, I’ve always straightened it.

Recently, I decided to wear it more naturally and to start , I’d like to get to know my hair type so I can do the proper research to care for it accordingly, so I’m glad I found this sub. Thanks in advance!
