I have the s ome billing issues with eneco, they billed me on estimated readings rather than the readings I provided that are time stamped. I went ahead and lodged a complaint, faulty meter, deffered me to Stedin. I gave up and agreed to the payment plan, stopped when the letting agency told me to stop payments because they were persuing the matter on my behalf but eneco went ahead and escalated the matter to the collection agency. Is there a way I can reverse course, I have already written a letter to he collection agency challenging the debt.
