Quick question to everyone. I’m sure y’all have seen some of my posts, I’ve been a merchandiser for 4 months with Pepsi, and I had a question about family deaths. My grandfather is currently on hospice care, and the nurses told us that it could be between 24-48 hours now, so, my question is, does Pepsi dock us or point us if we have to take off for a death? Like if something happens and I need to leave a store immediately before even finishing a delivery. I appreciate the help

Been with Pepsi as a merchandiser for about 4 months now, and how the $&@! do some of these sales reps not get their @ss chewed out?! Ordering a load of stuff to Walmart, and most of it won’t even go out to the floor, now us merchandisers are stuck fighting to make room in an already stuffed back room, only to get yelled at by the store managers. I’m happy with my paycheck, but is this even worth the stress anymore?!!!
