looking for new places to get a breakfast burrito pls drop any recs!

I’m planning on staying in Estes Park for the last week of June and was hoping to get some recs for hikes and day trips. As of right now we’re planning to spend most of the trip exploring RMNP and based on what i’ve seen online I have an idea of a couple hikes i’d like to do. It’s going to be our first time visiting the park and we’re planning to get to the park before 9am so not doing the time reservations while we’re there. For day trips we’re down to drive anywhere that’s up to 2 hours away for more hiking, exploring cute towns, or cool scenic views. Any tips you guys have are also appreciated!
