Bright Tax has been preparing my taxes the last few years but recently prices have gone way up and service down. They won't answer questions asking for the full fee to speak to someone for 20 minutes, despite having been a customer for awhile now.

Any decent alternatives recommended for US expat tax filing? Looking for personal experiences.
