Napag alaman namin na marami na pala sya complaints when we went to Barangay. Even the HOA is having a hard time dealing with him. Too much complaints in the Home Owner's Association, too many complaints in the Barangay. Multiple Certificate to File Actions have been requested to be issued. But we already took action and following the formal procedures as well.
We are just waiting for the Certificate to File Action to be processed to formally file a case in court.
