Which direction for this old pine wardrobe?

I've got this old pine wardrobe that's been sitting around and honestly never loved the look of it. Been trying to figure out if it's worth saving instead of tossing it, so I threw together a few AI-generated "what if" mockups to get some direction before I commit to anything.

Option A: dark espresso/brown paint with a fluted wood door panel left natural, plus leather pull tabs Option B: navy blue with cane/rattan door inserts and a small drop-down bar shelf inside Option C: whitewashed/pickled pine, keeping it mostly natural but lighter, with a cane panel on one door

Which one would you go for? And more importantly - realistically, how much work am I looking at for each?
