The infotainment screen in my 2016 Honda Civic resets itself after starting the car, causing Bluetooth and ac controls to not work. Any suggestions?

Pretty much what the title says. It’s been doing this for a long while and I have a fix for it but it just does it again after a while.

Basically, when I start the car all the way, the screen will start like it normally does and then crash to the black screen with the Honda logo. It’ll stay like that for a minute and then load again but this time it won’t show the safety screen and will go straight to the last screen I had it on. My phone still connects to the car and will start to play but no audio goes through, and the display in the car doesn’t show anything for it. I also can’t bring up the ac controls when I press the button below the screen so I can’t change fan speed or turn the ac on or off. It’ll only do the settings I had last time when I press the physical button below the screen. And the reset button doesn’t work either. You can hold it and it’ll beep like it’s supposed to but no reset option shows up.

Only fix I found was to turn the car off, wait for it to turn off by itself, and then start the car again after everything goes black. It’ll function normally after that.

I think I know what is causing it but I don’t know a fix for it. I’ve noticed that if I don’t start the car fully every time and just go into accessory mode, it’ll do it the next time I start the car. Or if I start the car too many times in one day it’ll do it too. Like apparently more than three times in one day makes it do that.

So I don’t know if it’s a short, a bad fuse, loose connection, the screen itself, the cars brain is damaged or what. Trying to save myself a shitload of money in hopes I can fix it myself
