I have a full time job, standard M-F 8:30-5.

I got scolded by my boss because I called out 3 times in a row, going past my PTO limit. Now, I know that is bad but I needed to because I was having a mental breakdown. My question is, how do the girlies withstand a full time job with PMDD?? Any tips and tricks?? Do I just really need to rack up my PTO?
