After first experiencing this error 4/6 and spending many hours troubleshooting and going back and forth with support only to finally get approval for a replacement machine this week I have some good news to share.

With the recent firmware update referencing improvement with the E_37 error I decided to see if I could get my machine updated today. To do so I unplugged and replugged my battery maybe 30 to get the machine to boot and stop the deck height calibration loop and failure. Eventually it was a success and all three status lights lit on the triangle indicator.

I then initiated the firmware update from my phone. To my surprise this went smoothly.

At this point I was hopeful and started a small zone mow. The deck calibration again started and eventually errored with the E_37 again. I then disconnected and reconnected the battery several times to get the machine back up. I tried the power off and on x5 process as outlined here and followed that by the power and home button x5 process. Following that I did a factory reset on the app, closed the app on my phone then reopened the app and restored my maps.

I stated a small zone mow roughly 40 minutes ago and the zone is still mowing.
