I’m in Michigan. Recently found these on my bed in my camper.

I’ve tried washing the bedding, vacuuming and Nyguard plus and it doesn’t seem to work bc they come back immediately. Are these carpet beetles and how do I get rid of them. I can feel them crawl on me when sleeping.

Bug in bed but not a bed bug.

I’m in Michigan at a campground in an RV. I recently noticed these teeny tiny bugs while laying in bed. There are several and they crawl around on the bed. I washed all bedding and set off a bug bomb but they’re back the next day. I don’t think it’s a bed bug. Please help me identify it.
