Nvidia app download crashes part way through

Event viewer give me this for the report: "The description for Event ID 6062 from source Netwaw12 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

I've already tried a couple of troubleshoots like re-installing all the base drivers for my GPU to my computer.
