So I applied for intern at this startup and gave interview today , they said there will be another interview round tomorrow .
But I checked on LinkedIn page of this company . It had only 27 followers , and 3 people were listed as employees . Out of which 2 were intern and 1 was managing director whose account was created on April,2026.
It doesn't even have founder listed under the People section.
I asked another intern who works there - he said "company is new , it got registered in October,2025" He is managing the linkedin and it is setting up slowly.
But I found it weird that after 6-7 months of registering Founder still haven't listed himself .
Is this how things work in a startup or should I be aware ??
