I am a 26 year old male. Over the course of about 3 days these bumps on my hand have gone from small little itchy patch to larger clusters. Fluid came out of one and didn’t seem to cause a spread anywhere else but it was already on my other hand but are much smaller and haven’t seem to change over time. The ones on my left hand however have clustered up and grown to this size. They are itchy sometimes but not constantly and are quite firm. I did have some on my left wrist as well but those seem to have gone away while these ones on my hand persist.
