Business..? Advisor Recommendation? Please?
Hi All,
For months the plan has been to move to LA, to further engage my future wife. As time goes, roadblocks regarding my location etc come up, due to work.
My real question is this: I started my own thing, I'm planning to set up a corporate structure in the county to foster a few businesses, and am in search of a quality CPA/Attorney. I COULD literally do this shit myself but Cali is so wildly in love with taxes I'm sure they'd find a way to crucify me. Does anyone know any good firms/consultants that could possibly help me set up a multi-level business structure geared towards tax efficiency and asset preservation? Any help would be very much appreciated.
Happy to pay whoever a sourcing fee or whatever, or help you out however I can. I just want to have it 1-and-done with a knowledgeable person.
