My dr sent over a requisition a couple months ago and wants me to have it done before my next follow up with him at the end of summer but I read online that the requisition is only valid for 6 months then expires and can’t be used.

Does anyone know if this is true? I tried contacting Hamilton health sci but they don’t have a designated x rays department or extension I can talk to. The extension for diagnostic imagining just has lines for ct, mri, nuclear medicine
