I’ve never leased a car but I’m looking to lease a RAV4 XLE or Tacoma sr5 4x4 in Dallas TX.
36 months 10k or 12k miles a year.
If anyone can guide me in the right direction I’d appreciate it.

I bought a 2021 Tiguan SEL with 67k miles from a local dealership this past January. I’ve only put about 3k miles on it, and I’m already running into a few issues:
The steering wheel shakes when braking to a stop.
The suspension makes a squeaking noise at low speeds.
Lane assist needs recalibration after getting the windshield tinted (carbon ceramic).
Wireless Apple CarPlay started resetting after entering a destination.
I’m starting to get frustrated with these small but persistent problems and am considering trading it in for another Tiguan. I really like the platform—I just feel like I may have ended up with one from a bad batch.
I’ve also heard that pre-COVID models were more reliable.
There’s a 2018 Tiguan SE 4Motion near me with 40k miles. I’m okay giving up features like wireless CarPlay, USB-C, and the digital dash that come with the SEL trim.
Would making the switch be worth it, or would I just be wasting time and money?
