Hey all! I'm currently writing a cozy fantasy litrpg series which I'm planning to self publish. But after seeing this post on the r/litrpg subreddit, I was thinking about the state of the genre in trad pub.

I've seen almost zero reference to litrpg when looking at agent websites/MSWLs, but I'd be happy to stand corrected - so, has anyone actually seen agents seeking litrpg submissions in the wild?

Is it still too early for the genre, are publishers only interested in snapping up the ones that have already gone big in self-pub, or is Dungeon Crawler Carl a one hit wonder?
