

I’m 21yo, 5’9” and 150 lbs.
I have been going to the gym on and off for a few years, consistent for the past 3 months. I was wondering if I should try to bulk or cut. I want to gain muscle, but I also want to have noticeable abs by the summer
Currently, I can go to the gym 5 days a week, but my workouts have to be under 1 hour. I was wondering what split best fits, I have been doing PPL, but I heard UL may be better
