Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over/sublease my 2 bed / 1 bath apartment at 6th Street West Apartments.
Location: 1616 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78703
Rent: Around $1,730/month including utilities
Separate: Electricity and internet
Available: June 1, 2026, or potentially sooner once cleaning is completed
Lease ends: November 30, 2026
Pets: Pet-friendly with weight/breed restrictions; please confirm with leasing office
Parking: Available with apartment parking permit
Move-in incentive: I’m offering 1 month off if signed before June 1. My existing security deposit will transfer to the new resident, and I won’t ask for separate deposit reimbursement.
Furniture: Currently unfurnished, but I can include a basic furniture setup for free if signed by the end of the week: couch, bed + mattress, table, dresser, and chair.
Great central Austin location near Clarksville / West 6th, with easy access to downtown, Mopac, Lady Bird Lake trail, restaurants, cafes, gyms, bars, and grocery stores including Fresh Plus, H-E-B, Whole Foods, and more. Also convenient to UT and downtown Austin.
The apartment has wood-style flooring, good natural light, large windows, ceiling fans, and a practical 2B1B layout. It will be professionally cleaned before move-in.
Sublease will go through the leasing office approval process. Applicant will need to apply online and be approved by management. Once approved, management will prepare a new lease for the new resident to sign.
