Rewards?

Does DoorDash still give its drivers milestone rewards? I know when I started, I read that you get certain bonuses after hitting certain delivery amounts? I am getting close to 9k and I was just curious.

I work in a relatively small town with a lot of regulars. A lot of them are women my age. Some of them do things that I think might be flirting, but it’s hard to tell, and I honestly don’t want to risk losing my account. I haven’t “asked out” a woman in person since high school, I haven’t been in a serious relationship since 2021, and I’m raising kids, so I’m really out of touch with that sort of thing… but today something happened. I accepted an offer for a McDonalds order, sent my usual automatic “waiting for your order” prompt without looking at the name, and seconds later the customer messages back saying “are you the guy who got my BK extra ranch last time?” And I said yes. She replied “ayoooo heyyy” with a smiley face, then seconds later I get notified she added an extra 8$ to an already decent tip! So I drop it off, she appears to be visibly blushing as I thank her for the tip, and leave. She then texts me afterwards and says I’m her favorite doordasher, even though that was the 2nd time I’d ever delivered to her. I am 27, in fairly good shape, and tall, but I’ve always been on the fence on where I land in looks. I’ve been feeling like that was an opportunity to ask her out, and I missed it. How do you, as a Dasher, handle this sort of thing?
