Wisdom teeth removal day 4: oozing today formed a clot around my molar, should I remove it?

I’m scared they may be connected, terrified of dry socket or infection so idk what to do. I’ve been rinsing with saltwater and just brushed my teeth and it didn’t come off

Carefully take it off or let it fall off on its own?

Is this considered oozing and is it healing okay? Day 4 after simple extraction

Got my two upper wisdom teeth pulled on Monday (it is now Friday)

1st photo is how the right side looked this morning
2nd photo is how it looks now
3rd photo is another pic of how it looks now, showing the blood spreading to my molars and cheek
(Sorry i know these are a bit blurry)

I’m anxious now because of the bleeding, no pain or pus, I believe it was because I laughed a little hard while on the phone with someone. It’s not gushing blood or filling my mouth or anything, but it hasn’t stopped for about an hour and a half. Not sure if i need to gauze it or if it’s infected or if it just got irritated.

  1. Is this just oozing or should I be concerned?

  2. Is it normal for there to be pain on only one of the extraction sites sometimes? Earlier my left side was throbbing and hurting pretty bad while at work, i took 400mg of Advil and after 4 hours it finally subsided. Surprised the right side doesn’t hurt considering it’s bleeding right now

  3. If I’m currently not in pain or showing signs of pus, should I be taking the amoxicillin I got prescribed? It’s liquid 400mg/5ml, suggested to take it 3 times a day until finished. I’m worried about using an antibiotic when it isn’t needed and making myself resistant or something
