Portfolio Advice

Hey guys,

Looking to start my portfolio. 21 years old. Just graduated college. Was gifted ~$40,000 in 2014, all in S&P500, just moved to my own account, custodian-free. Looking for advice about redistributing the funds. I'm looking for a bit of risk in my portfolio, around 40%, as I favor stocks heavily in the AI, space, and future-oriented sectors. I do want to include a safety net, though. My account is at about $200,000.

This is what I was thinking for my plan:
25% Big Tech (Google, Meta, Microsoft)
20% Steady Compounders (Visa, Mastercard, JP Morgan, United Healthcare, ExxonMobil, Procter and Gamble)
18% Core AI (Nvidia, Broadcom, AMD, Palantir, Nebius)
12% Semiconductors (Micron, SanDisk)
15% Midrisk Growth (Reddit, Coinbase, Robinhood, SoFi)
10% Speculative (ASTS, Rocket Lab, Oklo, Hims and Hers)

Not intending on buying at all time highs. Willing to be extremely patient. With my long term capital gains, it's my understanding that since I have $0 in income this year (student) I can withdraw approximately $48,000 from my holdings in the S&P500 with 0% capital gains tax paid on it. So, I'm fine holding a vast majority of the money in the S&P500 until there's good opportunities to buy each. Probably most interested in buying Meta, Hims and Hers, and United Healthcare at this price point, but none of the rest.

I could definitely use some opinions and advice. Is this too risky? Is there something you would do differently? At what prices would you enter some of these stocks? Are there better stocks any of you would switch one of mine out for? All responses are welcome, thank you for your time
