I think I used to have the mod for it but I can’t find it, and idk how to explain properly but it’s those invisible lines that are blue and green, and allows the npcs to go there, I need it specifically to build like a custom parking lot

I’m looking for like basically a flatland desert, maybe by the water i don’t mind, definitely a lot of oil (or that mod that lets you add resources) I just wanna screw around and had a few ideas with it
