Has anyone turned the rotors on their car? My rotors got extremely rusty after sitting for about three months this winter. They've smoothed out a bit after 250 miles of driving and braking but I am still getting some light front wheel vibration when braking.

Has anything ever had drilled rotors lightly resurfaced by a shop before?I still have a lot of life on the pads and rotors and would like to avoid replacing them so soon. I've seen folks smooth out drilled rotors using hand held polishers, but this isn't an option for me. Additionally, OEM replacement for all rotors/pads is about $1,700.00 including labor.
