Hi everyone,

I have this problem of watching porn once every five or six months. In general Iam busy with my work everyday , but suddenly some sexual urge comes up randomly once in a while and If I try to avoid it by doing other activity it pops up again randomly and I will watch porn.

Is there any mantra or sadhana where you have used it to completely eradicate sexual desire.

Iam honestly very afraid of the karma I will accumulate but iam not able to prevent it 100 percent
