Garen Mid Build

Hello, i am new to Garen mid, as im much better at bruisers than mages ive figured. I play him mid with top as second role. Usually i go conq -> Stride - PD - Mortal/IE.

Ive seen alot of people arguing that lethality is better on him now. What runes are you going then, and what items?`Also, doesn't Garens E scale really well with PD attack speed?

Garen Mid

I am currently a viktor main, and gold 2 rank. Never been higher, but been gold as a jungler last season, and mid this season. However, i feel like ive stagnated alot. I am really considering garen mid, as i am a new parent with less time to play, and the feeling of serving justice to mages is absolutely awesome.

Any of you demacians have experience with garen midlane? Build/runes same as top? Thanks in advance
