Looking for Remote Customer Service / Customer Success Opportunities
Hi everyone!
I'm hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I'm at the point where I need to find something soon, so I'm open to suggestions I may not have considered.
I've been applying to remote customer service, customer success, and customer service supervisor roles for several weeks without much luck, so I thought I'd reach out to the community. If you know of companies that are hiring or have had a great experience somewhere, I'd really appreciate any leads.
I have 6+ years of experience in healthcare customer support and operations, including:
• Salesforce Health Cloud
• Customer escalations and complex issue resolution
• Training and mentoring new employees
• Process improvement and documentation
• High-volume customer support in a regulated healthcare environment
• Previous management experience
I'm located in Parker but am specifically looking for a fully remote role. I'm open to anything though. My goal is to find a long-term position where I can grow and contribute.
