Got the surgery on my birthday march 2025, had a rough start due to prior kidney issues which caused some complications.

Got my bitch ass kidneys fixed up, started lifting religiously at 6 months in, eating super clean because if not i run the risk of dumping. I weigh almost everything and track on my fitness pal. I am bouncing around 162-165 lbs dry, morning weight for the last 3 months. Currently on a 5-day split trying to grow (cant do trt because my bitch ass kidneys).

My stomach looks a bit like a ballsack still but it’s getting better every week, hanging skin around my arms went away. Still have the ass flaps of a 90 year old man but it’s getting better.

Tons of energy, instead of slicing the ball I hit a draw (biggest NSV). My wife is happy with the results and has been amazingly supportive. I have way more energy and desire to play with my young kids and do projects around the house and be the guy I saw myself being.

If you’re on the fence, take a look in the mirror and decide if you’re going to lose the weight on your own. If not, do it. This is your short gift called life and you’re wasting every goddamn day worrying about what people will think if they know you got the surgery. That’s what was stopping me. Crazy thing is, nobody cares, everyone is just happy you’re healthy and that your golf game improved tremendously.
