Tachycardia

Anyone else get tachycardia, especially after meals? When I take PPIs, it goes away. But when off of them, it comes back. I think the acid is irritating a nerve. A gastro doctor told me that can't happen, but somehow taking PPIs makes it go away, so it seems reflux related. Unfortunately, my primary doctor won't prescribe pantoprazole, the one that works for me, since he says it's dangerous long term.

I’ve been digging into the long‑term effects of U.S. policy changes from the 1980s, and I’m struck by how many of today’s biggest problems like homelessness, student debt, healthcare denials, mass incarceration, and widening income inequality trace back to that era. How will this change the way Reagan is viewed in the long run?
