I was sitting on my balcony last night and noticed that the flat directly in front of my building has a major privacy issue. A girl who lives there came into the room and started changing clothes right near the window. There were no curtains, and it was very clear that she had no idea how easily she could be seen from the outside.

I felt incredibly uncomfortable and looked away immediately, but it’s been bothering me. I want to let her know so she can get curtains or be more careful for her own safety/privacy, especially before someone with bad intentions noticed.

The problem is, I don’t know her personally. I’ve only seen her around the society walking her dog. I feel like going to her door directly might be really awkward or come off as "creepy," even though I'm just trying to look out for her.

What is the best way to handle this?

I really just want her to be aware of the situation before she gets into any trouble or loses her privacy. Any advice on how to word a note or approach this would be appreciated.
