The 10 Day Fight Over Fleet Admiral
Do admirals have a mark from Imu? Now, I'm not talking about a full Abyssal mark, but could they have a shallow sea or deep sea mark?
If they do, how would that change our perspective on the Kuzan and Sakazuki fight? Was Kuzan's mark on his leg, and if it was, did Sakazuki remove it so that Kuzan could be free? Could Sakazuki and Kuzan actually be working together to supplant the World Government by getting close to the two pillars of the opposing factions, Imu and Black Beard?
Or, is the Fleet Admiral the only Admiral that gets a mark? Maybe they did offer Kuzan the Fleet Admiral job first, but when he found out about the mark, he and Sakazuki came up with a plan.
The whole fight over the Fleet Admiral position just feels off. Why would Kuzan, who never had any ambition for promotion, care if the Gorosei wanted Akainu over him? Why would Akainu, who is a loyal dog for the Marines, go against the wishes of his superiors to fight Kuzan if they were leaning towards giving him the job?
Now think about SWORD. I do not think that Garp is the leader or creator of SWORD. It should be someone that will still play a pivotal role in the final battle or final war. Which I think Garp being a representation of the old era, would rule him out.
Was SWORD created in the fight between Kuzan and Akainu? We do not know when SWORD was created, nor do we have any information on who runs it. I think that Kuzan and Akainu created SWORD on Punk Hazard, and Akainu runs it on the Marine's side. That is why Kuzan was kind of taken aback when Koby brought it up. He probably did not realize that Sakazuki was growing the program to such an extent.
