I ordered a jersey from Gobik, a company in Spain. I'm in the US and DHL collected $38 tariffs on it from me. The jersey was too large so I had to return it and I ordered a smaller size.

DHL is unwilling to return the tariff I paid and is just charging me again for the smaller jersey.

Gobik has been made no effort to help - they just claim there's nothing they can do.

Don't order from Gobik if you're in the USA and if you have a choice, avoid DHL.
