The state doesn't apply here - Virginia

There is a huge irony in the way we approach legacy planning. Most people think that once the Will and Trust are signed, the job is done.

In reality, that is like "having ten thousand spoons when all you need is a single knife" (𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘈𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴).

The legal documents are essential, but they are "static." They don't help your family navigate the Execution Gap: that first week of chaos after something goes wrong.

The Trust says who gets the money.

The Will says who gets the house.

The Life Manual says where the hidden key is, how to log into the utilities, and which specific person to call for the lawn maintenance.

If you have the legal side covered but haven't provided the logistical clarity, the job is not complete. Don't leave your family with a stack of paperwork and no directions.

>!TL;DR: Legal documents handle the big picture. A Life Manual handles the actual reality of a crisis.!<
