Possible relapse very soon after stopping isotretinoin – normal or bad sign?

I finished a 6 month course of isotretinoin about a week ago (cumulative dose ~100 mg/kg).

Now, within just a few days after stopping, I’m already getting several inflammatory lesions again. Some of them are not as large as before treatment, but still quite similar in type and severity (deep, painful pimples, not just small comedones).

This feels extremely early to me, and I’m worried this might already indicate an early relapse. Before treatment I had moderate acne with occasional larger nodules, and I’m afraid I’m heading back in that direction just days after stopping.

Has anyone experienced breakouts this quickly after finishing isotretinoin? Did it stabilize again, or did it continue to worsen?

1 week post-Accutane: My skin looks like a battlefield. Is this normal? (PIE, texture, scars, rash)

Hey everyone,
I’m 10 days off a 6-month Accutane course and honestly, I’m not really happy. Instead of the "glow," my skin looks worse than before the treatment.
The Issues:
• Awful Texture: My skin feels incredibly rough and uneven. Under certain light, I see tiny bumps and what look like small atrophic scars everywhere.
• Redness/PIE: Significant amount of Post-Inflammatory Erythema.
• The "Rash": I have these circular red patches. Derm says it’s "Accutane-induced eczema," but I’m terrified it’s fungal (though a swab came back negative).
• Early Relapse? I’m already seeing tiny sebum plugs returning. Is it possible for acne to return this fast, or is it just my barrier being destroyed?
Has anyone else experienced this? Does the texture smooth out once the "Accutane skin" sheds? Any advice on this would be amazing.
I attached a few pictures I took in the last two weeks.

Booking WOKO housing with only an acceptance letter (no matriculation number yet)?

Hey everyone,
I just received a room offer from WOKO (starting in June) for my Master’s at ETH which I will start in September.
I'm a bit confused because the info on the WOKO website feels a bit contradictory regarding the proof of enrollment. Does anyone know if I can sign the contract and finalize everything using just my acceptance letter? Or will they reject it if I don't provide a matriculation number (which I don't have yet) right away?
I don't want to lose the offer because of a formality. Has anyone been in this specific situation before?
Thanks for the help!

Strange rash appearing in my 6 month of Accutane - and ideas?

Hey everyone,
I’m currently in my 6th month of Accutane (started at 40mg/day, recently tapered down to 20mg/day). About a month ago, these spots started appearing on my neck and have since been migrating across my arms and body.
Characteristics:
• Small, reddish, circular spots.
• Some have a slightly cleared-out center (ring-like appearance).
• On the head they itch or feel "deep" in the follicle.
• I was prescribed a combination cream containing both an antifungal (Clotrimazole) and a corticosteroid (Betamethasone). While this led to significant improvement on my hands and neck, it showed little to no effect on my face and forearms, where the patches remain persistent
• My derm is unsure and just ruled out contact allergies, but suggests it might be atopic eczema.
However, it feels much more like a fungal issue to me.
I’m now using Ketoconazole shampoo as a wash (not really sure if it helps), but I’m losing my mind with the "migration" of these spots.
Has anyone experienced something similar while on Accutane or has an idea what this might be? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
