Greetings! I am a graduate student at the University of Santo Tomas – Graduate School, currently conducting my research study on “Moderating Role of Emotional Exhaustion in the Relationship Between Negative Workplace Gossip and Aggressive Beliefs of Selected Call Center Agents” and looking towards for your participation.
