Massive period of stress and ocd about porn addiction.
Hello everyone, so like i said in the title i have a massive period of stress for now like 6 month. I got a serious porn addiction that i try to manage since that incident that i will now cover.
I watch a lot of vintage porn and once i saw a top 10 of actresses, the first one that i will not name to be sure that no one will get in the same stress that i'm experiencing. I saw like max 5 videos of her that i searched and fined very easily on google.
But i found out not long after that in most of her videos she was like 16-17 and it created a massive scandal in the 80s.
When i learned this, i feel so ashamed and sick of me, i've been crying alone for month even thinking about the worst.
I don't know what to do, i might see a psychiatrist but i have also for most of my life a massive ocd and i'm so scared about just going to prison for this content that i despise and that sickens me so much.
