Having a really hard time today. One of our gatekeepers spoke to the therapist this week & shared a lot. Our main host is also struggling, she doesn’t believe we’re a system. She believes we’re crazy. And now there’s backlash from over sharing & our host now just wants to quit therapy because she’s overwhelmed by all the noise inside.

I want to help but not sure how I can. If I try to talk to the host, she might get more scared but if I don’t she might quit therapy or worse and we need therapy. It’s a safe place for us.

Anyone go through something like this or have suggestions that can help?
