4 month old wake windows and bedtime/feeding coordination

Hi.. I’m looking for advice from parents of 4 months olds. What wake windows do you guys follow and how do you coordinate feeding time and bed time.. I find feeding time with my 4 month old is always 30 mins ahead or behind bed time. Somewhat stupid question. Our wake time is around 8 and bed time is around 9 pm.

Is this a 4 month sleep regression? If yes, any ideas to make it smoother.

Hi All, my 15 weeks old baby has started doing frequent wake ups for last 2 weeks(as soon as turned 3 months old), wakes up every 50 mins to 1 hr, sleeps instantly in arm with gentle rocking/holding, takes multiple attempts to transfer in crib, once in crib wakes up after around 50 mins to an hour and cycle goes on for whole night. Today he is fighting day naps too, used to sleep within 5 mins today took 20 mins to sleep. Usually take 3 short nap of 30 mins and 1 long afternoon nap of 1.5-2 hrs with help in between. Bed time 9 pm and wake up time 8-8:30.

Is this 4 month sleep regression? I’m getting exhausted and sleep deprived.
