Getting Diagnosed

Hi! I’m 23F and had my first ever flare around 16 years old. I had dry eyes and vaginal dryness for about 5 months which eventually went away until I was 22. I’ve been dealing with the same symptoms for a couple of months now. Wondering if anyone dealt with something similar? I continue to be negative on bloodwork, as I only tested positive for ANA (speckled, 1:160) at 16 but have always been negative for SSA/SSB. Struggling to find a rheumatologist who’s willing to follow up with me.

Does this look like ocular rosacea?

Not looking for a diagnosis- just seeing if anyone has something similar. I had similar symptoms 6 years ago but after 5 months they mostly went away on their own and only came back this year (I think because I was very stressed). I’ve tried Xdemvy, restasis, warm compresses, but they don’t do much to relieve my photophobia or mild dryness. I wake up with my eyes super puffy and will regularly get flakes of skin on my eyelashes. My PCP prescribed doxy which I might try but I’m seeing a derm in June. I have no rosacea anywhere else.
