Any advise- be kind

I have this 75 gallon tank. I currently have 8 glofish and a bristlenose pleco and some plants and driftwood. I plan on adding moss to the driftwood. I'd like to add some Cory's, black neons, harlequin rasboras, rednose tetras and some neo shrimps. I want to have a beautiful community tank. Would I be overstocking? Give me your thoughts on my tank.

Why is this Chinese algae eater doing this?

Theres this 3ft fish tank at work. There are about 10 or 11 glofish tetras, 2 red eye tetras, 1 phantom tetra and some neons. Then there's this guy - the Chinese algae eater. Why is he doing this? Is it normal behavior?

4ft, 75 gallon stocking advise

I have a 75 gallon tank. Currently it has 8 gmo tetras and a bristlenose pleco.

I would like to know if I would be overstocking if I wanted to add, some glass catfish, rummy nose tetras, corydoras, harlequin rasboras and black neons?

I have started adding plants (working progress) I have a internal filter pump with sponge, ceramic rings and filter floss and a wavemaker.

Please give some input on my stocking and my filtration.

Thanks😊
