Hello, I have recently been trying to learn the ins and outs of RNA Seq and was wondering if sequencing by synthesis is how RNA Seq is performed in illumina or if those are seperate things. Sorry if this is a silly question- I feel like I see them mentioned together a lot but I wasn't sure if they are synonymous or if SBS is just the tech behind Illumina RNA Seq.
