I'm hunting for a new place and considering some of the places downtown (50 West Fourth, Nissen, etc.) but have heard so many horror stories about parking downtown, especially long term. Can any of you guys that live downtown and do the monthly public parking garage thing share your experience? How bad is it really? Thanks!
