Thank you to the man that saved me
I’m turning 28 in a couple days and I can’t help but think about the Walmart worker that most likely saved me from being kidnapped.
Back story-
I can’t remember exactly when this occurred but I was probably between 12-15 years of age. My mom and I were at the Lewis Center Walmart. She was trying on clothes in the dressing room while I casually walked around the store. While walking around the store, I notice a man following me. I’m going to the most obscure aisles to see if he follows and he does. This goes on for a bit of time, fear is building up in me, I’m starting to panic. Then I spotted a male Walmart employee. I ran up to him, grabbed his arm, and told him a man had been following me and that my mom was in the fitting room. He didn’t hesitate. He stayed with me, walked me back to the fitting rooms, and immediately recognized the man I was talking about. He called security, and the man was escorted out of the store.
When my mom found out what had happened, she took off after him yelling, “Pervert! You’re trying to go after my daughter! You fucking pervert!”
I think about this event extremely often and I wonder if things would’ve played out differently if you weren’t there. I’m extremely grateful I found you when I did. If you stumble upon this and you were the guy that protected me, thank you.
Ella
My girl Ella is almost one year post CHF (congestive heart failure) diagnosis!!!! Tell me how we should celebrate!!! She was so bad, the vet gave her a week to live on 07/27/25. I’m beyond thrilled for her.
ComFest help
Hello! Does anyone know where to get a ComFest t-shirt with this design on it? I had to stay home sick today while my boyfriend went to the festival but he said he couldn’t find it. I thought there was usually a merch tent?
My precious 🥹
Just found this baby at a gas station in downtown Columbus, Ohio! 🥹🥹🥹
23 Sportage X-Pro Prestige
Hey everyone! Just a girl wanting to make sure she’s not getting screwed by the dealership. I have a 23 Sportage, just hit 31,000 miles. I’m just wanting to make sure all services that start with “MOC” are necessary and isn’t just a BS service. I don’t drive often since I work from home and average 100 miles or less a week. Thank you!
