Around 3 weeks ago, I was randomly disqualified from the CRP after only being in it for probably 2-3 days after going viral.

I tried to appeal it and was rejected, and I have since been fighting this in tickets to no avail. Support seems to indicate that my account must be in 'good standing with the Community Guidelines' and yet my Safety Centre reports zero reports or violations along with a green good standing. I've provided these screenshots on the tickets and it seems like I get the same macro responses that clearly take no notice of my contradictory evidence and instead uphold the decision.

I've tried app, desktop and email tickets and all get the same response. I'm feeling like I'm just going in circles with tickets now. Do I just keep fighting it?

Has anyone else had this and successfully fought it? Does anyone have any advice?

Hey everyone,

I'm hoping for some advice. I've seen this issue reported numerous times and the most common solution is to clear out your inbox, but I'm physically unable to make a connection at all to the game, with the main menu even refusing to load unless I completely cut my connection.

As it stands, I appear to be soft locked out of playing online because of this issue. I haven't played the game in a while so I fear I have so many messages that I need to dedicate an hour to let this load.

Is there any other way around this?

I've tried verifying my game via Steam, but no luck, so hoping on some further help and advice.
