Need honest opinion about Amrapali Centurian Park. Looking at a 3 BHK for around ₹94 lakhs.

How is the actual build quality, maintenance, lifts, seepage issues, and overall society management after NBCC takeover?

The flats look spacious and pricing seems attractive compared to nearby societies, but I’ve heard mixed reviews regarding construction quality and long-term maintenance.

Is it a good buy in 2026 for self-use, or are there better options nearby in similar budget?

Would appreciate genuine feedback from residents/owners.
